G&W Discover measures impact not by size, but by consistency, trust, and real student growth.

Since 2024, our community has grown through in-person learning sessions, peer teaching, and mentorship. Each year, students return, new learners join, and peer tutors take on more responsibility.

G&W Discover began in 2024 and has continued through regular in-person sessions over multiple years. What started as a small learning effort has become a steady community project built through preparation, teaching, and follow-through.

Student Growth

Students grow through asking questions, solving problems, explaining ideas, and learning from one another. In our sessions, younger students receive support, while older students learn how to teach with patience and clarity.

As learners become peer tutors, the community becomes stronger.

Community Connection

G&W Discover is built around real face-to-face interaction. Students learn together in shared spaces, build trust over time, and experience learning as part of a community rather than as an isolated activity.

These relationships are what make the project meaningful.

Continuing Forward

G&W Discover continues to grow through learning, mentorship, and service. Our goal is to keep building a student-led community where students can learn, teach, and support one another.
